This Tattoo was done at the 2007 Somerset Tattoo Convention held in June. Being the first convention I’d ever worked, I was over the moon when it won the ‘Best of show’ category. It was a close call between mine and a piece from Mark (Skin Art Tattoo Taunton). Ha ha ha Mark!  Apart from too many beers the night before, it was a good experience which I’ll gladly do again. Mike and the Tat2 Crew did an great job organising the event. After waiting for the magazine coverage to be published from total tattoo magazine (Sept.07) I was dissapointed to find I was added at what seemed to be an after thought at the end of a paragraph! And to find that my photo was listed under another artist. Thanks for stealing my 15 mins of fame Total Tattoo Mag!
